Health & Martial Tai Chi Courses

Our health & martial tai chi courses are designed to improve the health, performance and mental acuity of the beginner and expert martial artist alike. We offer a full curriculum traditional yang style tai chi programme that can take you from your first introductory course all the way to advanced and instructor level.

 

An 8-week term costs £80. Contact us to pre-book a place to avoid disappointment.

A1: Introduction to Tai Chi Principles and Form

  • 5-section simplified Yang Style Tai Chi Solo Hand Form Part 1 (Sam Masich)

  • Push Hands - Preparotary Exercises (Sensing Hands & 8-Disc Method)

B3: Advanced Tai Chi Martial Applications and Push Hands (Dalu & San Shou 88 Sparring Form)

C1: Yang Style Tai Chi Sabre (13 Power Sabre)
